Why China grows faster than India

I am working on a research paper titled " Why Big DotCom's fail in China?" . I was shocked to find that every successful brands/websites had a massive failure in China, irrespective of its whopping success in rest of the world. The barrier to entry is high in China. Take any area/field, we can see only Chinese companies dominating the Market Share. Every Website we know is a failure/not expected success. Google (Search Engine) is just a market Challenger with just 16.12% market share, while its competitor Baidu with a huge market share.Like wise Facebook(Social Networking), Youtube(Video Sharing), Gmail(Mail), MSN (Messenger), Twitter (Micro Blogging), EBAY( Auction site) , Amazon (ECommerce), Wikipedia are only a Challengers in Chinese market.

The major reason is, they don't want their culture to be spoiled by these foreign brands.

Lets compare this situation in India, Do we know any Indian brands in these categories? No..!
Because, We like westernization, We are attracted towards western culture. We are ready to sacrifice our traditions/culture. We want 100 % FDI in everything. We respect a foreigner more than our fellow Indians. Where does our Entrepreneurial spirit go?  Why  we didn't  think about this?

If Western food brands which are not so healthy , could grow  in setting its retail outlets throughout India. Why not Indian traditional healthy foods like Idly, Puttu, Idiyapam ? Whether Modernization and preserving the culture cannot go together?
As these questions kept ringing in my mind, I also came across some interesting entrepreneurial initiatives in India which will inspire us for "BE INDIAN AND BUY INDIAN".

Recently I happened to visit a website http://goo.gl/Auhwg (Tamilkadai.in website) , its an eCommerce website which sells t-shirts exclusive for Tamil audience. Their description about their brand TamilKadai.in gives answers to the questions which were in my mind. They have clearly understood that changes are inevitable, modernization cannot be prevented.

By the line in their description "At Tamilkadai.in, We love to preserve our culture in a trendy way. We make top tukker t-shirts depicting Tamil to the modern Kudi magans." , its very clear that our traditional culture could still be remembered/taught in a modern way.
I really loved all their t-shirt collections portraying Tamil.
There may be many such Indian companies , which have made an entry to serve the local communities. If we all keep encouraging them, India and Indians will be spoken worldwide for preserving their traditional culture along with such growth and modernization.
